I pretty much haven't lost any weight for the last week or so - which is a first since I started this journey.

Anyway, didn't lose any weight this week, but had a possibly more significant loss this week.

Me - just turned 43 Male.
Waist size when I started my weight loss back in July - 40 inches. Had been that for donkey's years. :D

Just bought some new trousers today.

34 inches. Had been holding off buying some new ones, but it was getting a bit ridiculous. Think MC Hammer.....

Anyway - to all those struggling, keep the faith. This was a target really worth waiting for. I was in Primary School the last time I wore a 34" waist.

    New shirts as well. Down from a 17 1/2 to a 15 1/2.

Cheers folks - your support means a great deal to a great many people. ;)

Fantastic. You must be so pleased

It certainly isn't all about the weightloss and waist size is considered a more important factor in terms of health these days.

    Well done!

Thank you very much indeed for your kind words.
I hope I'm not coming across as all triumphant.

Just trying to provide a wee bit of 'you can do it to' ness to any other lifelong strugglers - just like me.
