    and what do i do?

    put together a lateral thigh trainer!!! could my life be any better???

    has anyone got one of these? has/does it work? i have had mine since oct but only just got it out lol

    I've got one but it just gathers dust!! I have heard great things about them, but take it easy at first as I twinged by back as I lept on it like a demon the first time!!

    im too heavy to 'leap' on it ha ha ill break the stepper not by back lol

    i have a lateral thigh trainer, mine came put togehter ready to use
    watch ur balance when u first get on it, try having it close to something u can use to stedy urself
    then its just a case of pushing down and feeling it slide

    hahah how funny I bought one of these on Thursday! They;re good and come highly recommended:D


    I'm trying not to do it too much as it might affect my weight loss lol I'll be back on it monday though

    well i would have though doing just like 10 mins each eve would be a good start and not damage weight loss at all x
