its so hard today!!!

I am on day 5 on LT after my disasterous weight gain on my hols!!, I am so hungry!!! I ve 3 assignments for my degree to finish for next tue and I feel weak and hungry aaarrrrhhhhh!!!! WHY DID I EAT SO MUCH ON HOL :mad:
I am finding it really hard too because I am doing a little house party for my son who is 3 so I ve got party food in yum yum!!!! so Ive come on here to stop myself from raiding the fridge!!!!!!

dont do it hun, hang in there, I feel you, im on day 2 restart and my wedding is in 4 weeks, I gained near half a stone over a holiday and birthday and totally want to take it back, but we cant. what we can do, is get the weight back off very quickly on this diet, be strong, and think how good you felt on hol, you couldnt feel good without losing the weight first :) xx

Step away from the fridge!!!!!!!!
You know it's only a craving and give it 10 mins and it will be gone. Leave the assignments for a half hour, put the small fella in the buggy and go for a short walk, if not possible go into the garden, or blow up the balloons do anything but don't go near the fridge until you have a responsible adult nearby to restrain you if needed. :nono:

Come on...you KNOW you want to look totally HOT this Summer, so glug the water, walk, do sit-ups...even use duct-tape across your gob, but DONT eat anything.......in a few days, you will no longer get hunger cravings as ketosis will kick in and then you will be able to face ANYTHING and NOT crack!!! Honest!!

Ha ha ha!!! thanks guys!! oh I do love this forum you are all so great!!!! I ve stepped away from the fridge!!!! my mum's took Max so I am all alone and ready to start one of my assignments!!! just had a shake and put 350ml water in it plus ice cubes to make it last longer!!!! so that should keep me going for a while!!!! wish me luck!!!!

You REALLY need to stop beating yourself up for what's done. It's in the past, there's nothing you can do to change what happened - draw a line under it and go forward! Having that downer on yourself isn't going to make your journey easier - quite the opposite. You know you can do it, just take one day at a time and keep glugging!! :) xx
