It's the weekend!

    Well it's the weekend again!!!
    What does everyone do to make sure they stay on track?
    My third weigh in coming up and I have a devil on my shoulder saying "it's the weekend!"
    Not going to come off plan, but have to admit feeling a bit sorry for myself!
    Come kick me up the bum!

    Same Striver!

    Weekends are hard I think! Starting on a Friday last week I think wasn't the best idea but we will do it!

    I suppose knowing that it's really hard to get through that first week will spur us not to have those naughty nibbles! :)

    Am starting tomorrow and have a similar starting weight to you Striver! Hoping to get similar losses for the week too!

    Hi, I'm on day 17, and have lost 16 lbs which is good but in the hast 4-5 days only lost 1.8 pounds. This morning I weighed in as I do every day and lost nothing! It's worrying me. I noticed there were some weeks you only lost 2 pounds. Did you cheat at all on those days? Or we're you 100% ts?
