Hi Everyone,
Day3 on CD, and so far so good, 5lbs lost, I'm resisting the temptation to jump on my scales, until th end of the week, not promising tho. Anyway DILEMA! Usually I have 2 shakes at work (vanilla) and then a soup in the evening, but ina rush I packed 2 soups, and there's no way I can have soup in the morning, as breakfast, any ideas what I should do?
