#1
I feel i'v let myself down. I was so hungry i had to eat, so i'v just had a sandwich. I feel really sick now it wasn't that nice. I'm so upset with myself as i'v been good and losing a stone last should'v made me more determined to stick to it this week but i just needed to eat

Hey,

Its what you do NOW that matters most...

You cant change the fact that u have ate the sandwich... but you are in control of what you decide to do from now on....

EATING THAT SANDWICH COULD MAKE YOU OR BREAK YOU - THE CHOICE IS YOURS...

Use the sandwich and how you feel now as a positive source to see you through to your goal. Promise Yourself (and you should always respect yourself enough to keep your promises to yourself) that you wont eat again until you get to goal... and any time u feel tempted draw on how you feel now to remember how much it isnt worth it.

You can turn this into a postive experience that will strengthen your resolve to succeed....

DONT use it as an excuse to be a fader and have negative emotions and beliefs about yourself. YOU CAN DO THIS AND YOU WILL!

COME ON LUCY YOU HAVE ONE STONE GONE ALREADY AND IM SURE YOU WANT TO BE A YUMMY MUMMY!

peace out

Hey Juicy, just forget it and move on. At worst you will have brought yourself out of ketosis for a couple of days - you won't put any weight on from one sandwich.

I ate food and drank alot of alcohol over the weekend and to be honest it's made me more positive about the diet. I felt like crap everytime I ate, and then suffered severe stomach cramps (possibly due to the amount of alcohol i consumed) - so I was glad to get back on my shakes. Any cravings I was having before I'm not having now because the fact of the matter was - Food just doesn't taste that great anyway!!!

Keep smiling and get back on track - don't beat yourself up about it xx

hi, i know its really hard, but think about it

1. you've got passed the first week ( not many do)
2. you've lost 1 stone...yes 1 stone..

Don't worry about that crappy sandwich, today/tomorrow is a new day.
The fact that you have admitted it means you want this diet to work.
so keep your head up and think about that picture on your avatar...
the benefits that wee person will have, when you succeed!!!!!!!!!

good luck

We are so use to rewarding ourselves with food.

Our society celebrates all our achievements with food and drink.

This is a habit and a mind set that you can change whilst on a diet like Lipotrim as this type of diet is the only kind where food is taken deliberately out of the picture so that we can break the connection with food and overcome our addiction.

Set yourself mini goals...and as you achieve each one rewards yourself with a non food treat.

I do this all the time and I look forward to my little treats.

I now have a fine collection of inexpensive jewellery, books and moisturisers etc.

Nibbling is only going to prolong the agony of staying where you are now and prevent you from moving forward to where you want to be in the future.

Do yourself a mood board...I have a huge cork board above my computer and I stick cut out pictures from magazines of dresses I like on it...shoes...hair styles...holidays destinations...etc.

You can use the front door of your fridge as a mood board and get your family to help with ideas.

There is no such thing as failure, only learning.

Without being too mean your an absolute pillock!!

I bet you feel awful now dont you?

Its not alright, it's very stupid and it's put you back at start.

Write down how you feel, seriously, write down how you are feeling and how depressed you are and why it was a mistake.

Then get back on the wagon and dont do it again.

If you feel like cheating, read your letter to yourself, pin it to the fridge!

You can do this, you are the only person who decides what enters your mouth!!!

Good Luck x

Sometimes you just need to do something bad to appreciate exactly what you are doing and how good you will feel when you get to target.
Put it behind you and start again...
You will only get stronger. :D:D

Yup, you have the minute you put that sandwich in your mouth; but its how you carry on now thats important...we all make mistakes, get a grip give yourself a talking to and drink loads of water, go for a long walk and burn some of those carbs!
You know now how you feel when you eat, didnt taste nice either did it...use this to make you stronger and resist in the future..you didnt need the sandwich, you cant have been hungry you're in ketosis! It was just mind games and habits...habits you now need to break!
So knuckle down and crack on
You can do it and will be fine!!!
