Been gone for a while... And the weight shows it. Must be time to kick my ass back into gear....
 
Welcome back. I've had 4 month off sw + gained 9lbs (1.5 stone to goal) so back to group next Monday (away till thur).

Let's both be determined to do it andf keep it off this time - are u doing an online diary x

Welcome back! I had 4 weeks off sw and gained 7lbs, but i went all out and ate everything just because i could, bit silly really!!! But i have been back a week and lost 4.5lbs so hopefully back on track now! I think when it goes back on quick it comes off quick if you're 100%, just keep plodding on we can do it! xxxx

When you put it on quick its jelly fat and you have to get rid of it quick before it sets!!! Thats what I think about it!

I've been 2 weeks off plan been abit naughty with food such as indian, pizza hut, Toby carvery and dominoes, also a few too many vodkas ..... got weigh in tonight and dreading it, its also * week
