Hi everyone, the amount of times i have started weight watchers on my own and then messed up half way through the week, and as a result gave up. Well, i joined a meeting on a saturday morning and the group was great and i was really motivated when i walked out of that door. In my first week i lost 5 and a half pounds. This is my second week now and i'm doing ok so far. Just want to say to everyone, stick to the plan it does work.
