I had a little piece of a banoffee tart from the chilled section of Morrisons earlier.

I was just wondering if anyone has any idea of syn value? Just to give me an idea of how many syns I may have had.

    Thanks

Have you still got the packaging? It will be 1 syn for every 20 calories.

Hi. No unfortunately I don't and it didn't have anything written on it. My friend is disabled and my boyfriend and I helped her today, so she bought the tart as a thank you.

My book says 5 syns per 28g for a Banoffee Pie so I think I'll have to work from that, although there was very little pastry in this than the pies.

    Thanks.

I once weighed out 28g of banoffee pie at work, It was 3 tsps. Utterly depressing.
