ProPoints Ive been dieting all day..... Am i skinny yet??

Ready For Change!
Well i think this maybe the only diet have yet to try out!!
I have been involved in every other diet thread on minimins :( and still yet to succeed!
I loose a bit then give up, i did loose nearly 3 stones on a VLCD but i did find it really hard once i went back to solid food, consequently i gained it ALL back :(
I refuse to give up on my quest to reach a healthy weight!

So here goes a new year... a new diet!! :s

This is day two on Weight Watchers i am very much looking forward to my breakfast which is;
BREAKFAST
*Crumpets x2
*Butter x3 tsp
*Scrambled Eggs x2 (whole eggs)
Total of 12 ProPoints

LUNCH
*Weight watchers tomato soup
*Warburtons wholemeal bread (400g loaf) x2
*Grapes
*Braburn apple
*Weight watchers lemon yogurt
Total of 7 Propoints

DINNER
*Weight watchers sweet chilli chicken ready meal
*Rocket/Spinach/Watcercress
*Cucumber
*Red onion
*Cherry Tomatoes
Total 8 ProPoints

My daily allowance is 34 so i'll still have a few (7) left over for a treat or two....
Any suggestions for sweet treats are welcome as that is my downfall!
