Ive been poorly:(

I bought a roast chicken (already cooked 'lazy') and we have all been poorly

Means I've not eaten properly for a few days now. Had to eat pasta yesterday to try and settle my stomach!!!!!

I have a sandwich today buy am still feeling poorly

I'll be back on Atkins tomorrow but this has ruinedy weight loss for this week!!!!

Have you reported it to the shop? You really should if you haven't, just so they don't do it again to anybody else.

i havent said anything no....there is no proof left./..not sure if its real food poisening as its not extreme vomiting but really bad stomach pains and (TMI) plenty of trips to the loo lol

ill get back on it asap...just couldnt face protein

Yes you do, I am still feeling queasy so am well off plan as I can't face anything fatty at the mo, just want to be ok for the weekend.
