Ive cheated today... help!

    Hi I started LIPOTRIM yesterday and I was very good I had my three shakes and drank water all day, but today I caved in :confused: I feel terrible, I had my morning shake but i felt so hungry and in such a bad mood I had half of a sandwich ...and a kitkat. I am really embarrassed and dissapointed with myself. I have had lots more water this afternoon and I am definitely going to have just another shake tonight.,..has anybody else out there caved in then managed to carry on sticking to it??

    Dont be too hard on yourself, if it was easy we all would be skinny. It just a lump on the road like a speed hump. Carry on going and chin up ;););)

    You will feel really awful for the first few days - some suffer with headaches etc but once you hit ketosis you will fly! It will take your body about 3/4 days till it reaches ketosis so you need to be strong for those first few days and im sure you will do fine after :)

    hiya hun, please dont beat yourself up about it put it behind and take 1 day at a time focus on the bigger picture the 1st 3/4 days are the hardest then you maybe hit ketosis I say maybe cos it can take some people longer

    Hang in there and if need be log on and read the threads or distract yourself some other way

    Thank you summergurl, sharron and shep. That has really helped. I am determined to start afresh today and just concentrate on the reason why I am doing this!!! I need to be slimmer!! Thanks again for the encouragement I WILL do this!!!! x x x

    Hey hunni, youve come so far just by startin the diet, and yes it is possible!!

    iv not been well, so have eaten minestrone soup and all sorts trying to keep somethin down

    but plan on getting right back on (have been on for 7 weeks)

    so if i can do it, anyone can as i have the willpower of a slug!

    Aww cheers Lauren, i cant believe how much you have lost in such a short space of time good on you!!! It makes me feel a lot better seeing your goals and what you have magaed to achieve! I hope you feel better soon chick x

    Keep going JoJo.
    I'm on week 1 and can say that before I started I didn't know how I'd manage - thought I'd be craving food every second of every day. But I haven't been at all.

    Drinking loads of water helps you feel full, so keep going with that and the shakes and you'll get into ketosis.

    Well now you know how it feels when you cheat! So don't do it again! You can do this hun! You will feel crappy for a few days till keytosis kicks in but then it gets much better. Well done for getting back on the wagon.

    Thanks Elle & Sara...Sara your right it feel cr*p whn you cheat and Im only cheating myself! Stuck t it today so hopehully in a few days this keytosis will kick in! Good luck for the rest of the week you two :)

    What's done is done. Forget about it and move on. Keep thinking about it youll say to yourself well i've ate that i may as well go and eat and eat. Believe me i've done it, plenty of times.

    I'm like you, im back in week one having a restart. Done it last year and once get passed day 9 it's sooo easy. I'll keep logging in watching you for inspiration seen as we're both on week 1. If i feel like eating i'll whinge to you and you can do vice versa ;)

    Good luck this week, you'll do great.

    Hi JoJotime,

    Just keep your mind on the lovely (small) size clothes you will soon be wearing.....I came sooooo close to caving in last night (day6) I was hungry all day, but stuck to it having my last chocolate shake at 8.00 p.m. and then watched my partner Steve demolish a large place of fried breaded chicken breast, buttery mashed potatoes, sweetcorn and green beans and garlic mayonnaise...all made by moi! But...someone at work today said "Hey Sharon, you look as though you have lost weight" and it was all worthwhile...I lost 8lbs in 4 days and my official weigh in is tonight....I can't wait. By the way, I feel great today, not hungry at all. Please dont feel bad, you CAN do it if I can.

    hi jo jo. today is a new day,and i'm glad you didnt give up. it willget better as time goes on.i just had my first weigh in and have lost 8lbs...it was so worth the effort...i'm sooo happy...and if i can stop picking for a whole week.you can do this too.. come on here when you need a friend..it's great

    Thanks ladies your doing me the world of good!!! I have been so good today and i feel quite proud!! Keepeatingmyskinnyperson you have lost 101 lbs you are already an insiration! i think that will be great lets keep a beady eye on eachother and see how we do! Haha i keep looking at my little frog on the tracker and even that spurs me on bcos he is right at the beginning! Sharon thanks for your encouragement, good on you, cooking all that dinner and not caving in!     Haha! I am Ok I am at work and just went for a walk at lunchtime ..i sit literally two seconds away from the chocolate machine and it kills me!!! The evenings are the worst I think when I get in I usually look forward to dinner! But now I read my book to keep me occupied. My other half is being nice I feed the baby while he cooks and his his dinner so I dont feel the urge! How are you doing today? :)

    Them vending machines are a curse. I was addicted to them when i worked in call centre. I was forever running over to the things. I'm doing grand. See i only work fridays and i dont have to cook for anyone so i guess that makes it a bit easier.
