I've decicded to do the Wendie Plan nxt week!

My weight loss is starting to slow done. So I've decided to do the plan. I found out the amount of points I need which are:

18 Points
Day 1 = 19
Day 2 = 16
Day 3 = 28 SHD
Day 4 = 14 SLD
Day 5 = 18
Day 6 = 17
Day 7 = 14 WI

So we'll see how it goes. Has anyone else done the wendi plan?

I've done it a couple of times when I don't seem to be losing nothing no matter what I do - and have to say its worked for me and gets my weight loss moving again!

You can do it every week if you like!
