ive done it, ive cheated

    :cry: i have just eaten a sausage and bacon sandwich and some biscuits and a cup of tea with milk. i dont know why im on week 4 and have done brill so far 100%. my daughter is poorly and has kept me up all night than my partner went to work and i had a feast i feel ill now and stupid. im going to try and forget about it and drink lots and lots of water today. i really hope i havent wrecked everything, just had to fess up as its doing my head in xx

    i know how your feeling i messed up this weekend too, i drank on a night out. i went out with all the intentions not to as i've done before but i've tried to forget about it now, got up next morning and carried on as if it never happend.
