    i've completed my six week course of running. i did my final run as a group last night. 2 x 10mins and 1 x 16 min run. with 1 minute of fast walking inbetween each set.

    I ran for 30 mins continous this morning.
    I think that I am going to improve my stamina and speed at 30 min runs first before i move on.
