Not only have I only had one of the four shakes I'm supposed to have a day, but I've been so busy running here there and everywhere that I've only downed 0.5 litres of water!!! It's weigh in day tomorrow too, doh! Maybe if I stay up until 2am I'll squeeze it all in before bed.

I'm on W8 VLCD and for some reason they split your daily shakes on to 4.

Try and have one straight away and keep sipping the water, you should manage 3 of them at least. Good luck, horrible when you are in a rush of a day like that.

My Saturdays are always like that! Mind you on 1st of april I'm reducing my hours at work, so I'll be finished each day by 2.30pm so I'm hoping I'll have time during the week to do all the stuf I normally have to cram in to a Saturday. I might even have time to do some exercise :8855:

I sometimes have to do a 10/12 hour day in work. When in work I am on my feet all day and don't get breaks. My feet hardly touch the ground and I find I don't drink near what I should. Then I come home about 9pm and sit drinking for 3 hours before bed!!!
