I've just eaten something

    Cambridge diet
    I've lost 26lb in two and a half weeks and I've just eaten some chicken breast , will this affect my loss this week ?

    At least it was chicken and not something bad...it shouldn't affect it. Try and stay away from anymore this week.

    DIB - firstly well done 26 gone in 2.5 weeks - have you been excersing as well?

    I would not worry about the chicken - its eaten now - forget about it -remember you could have eaten a lot more and you didnt and that whats really important - so well done!!

    thought id post on this as on wednesday my manager has invited the team out for a meal. i have said thank you and unfortunatly have had t say yes. were off to pizza hut and im worried ill fall off the wagon for good. my minds telling me ill carry on as normal afterwards and drink loads water, but im just wondering if anyone esle has either had to eat, or maybe fallen ill and had to come back off cd and have managed to 'jump back on' again? Pls help, not sure what t do, but my cdc has said that i could possibly maybe go for chicken if they do it
