Ive just made Gemmas scotch eggs (pic inc), they taste lovely.

well ive had scotch egg and colslaw for dinner and the eggs are totaly ace, really good, will deffo be making more.

i used morrisons eat smart sausages and they worked a treat.

Sooo easy.
hard boil your eggs
take skin off the sausages and use a little flour to pat the sausage meat flatish.
Wrap the eggs in the sausagemeat roll in whisked egg roll in cous cous spray with frylight and cook for about 30mins.
oooo nice one!!!how many syns are they then?? are they free on EE??

I do ee and class them as free as cous cous is free eggs are free and the sausages are free the only thing is a sprinkle of flour but the amount you use is so small.
what sausaes do you use? are there syn free sausages??? i use weight watcher ones which are 1syn each, lowest i could find!! x
Do you cook or soak the couscous first or use it straight from pack?
Does that make them really crunchy?
