Ive lost!!...

    6lbs in 5 days :D
    Im really happy, i know the loss will slow down soon enough but still!
    Ive been abit naughty the last 2 days though luckily havnt gained but need to gt back on track so i can lose another 6lbs, and another....
    How everyone doing?

    Congratulations sweetie, that's great! I've lost 16lb in about 3 weeks, could have been more if I hadn't had the heartbreak diet of chocolate biscuits lol

    Yay well done, great to loose huh?
    Im on week 2 and it's slowed done a wee bit, lost 10lbs last week which has given me the kick up the flabby backside I needed.
