I've made it!

I didn't think it could be done, but here I am approximately 3 stone lighter. I just wanted to share my happiness with you guys, because this forum has really helped me get through the tough moments.

I have gone from 215lb, to 172lb, from October to May. I have changed my lifestyle, being healthier, and exercising.

My waist has gone from 38 inches to 32, my thighs from 27 inches to 22 and my hips/bum from 45, to 40, and am now a size 12 rather than an 18.

All I can say is I plan to stay on the forum and help others. YOU can get through this.

If i can, anyone can!

Wow well done, what diet did you do if you don't mind me asking?

I didn't go on a diet as such. I suppose I calorie counted. I ate healthily, and made healthy swaps, like weight watchers oven chips rather than fattier varieties. I also bumped up the amount of veggies and water I was having, as well as taking up pilates x
