    Counting Calories - 1500 a day, OK I know this is going to take years but that's fine.
    I have to be somewhere that day but I'd have loved to join in. It's a brilliant motivation to get fit :)

    Alicia if you look on the Race For Life website there are lots of races at different places and different days.

    Luckily I've managed to pursuade my mum, sister, niece, 3 aunties and 2 cousins to do it with me so it will be a real family event :D

    It says "Event Full" on our local one - and the next town's is when I'm away. I think maybe next year.

    its great to set your self a target! i have done the same in the shape of a 9 mile run in october! i think i might die LOL but i have started off slowly and will get there, having a deadline has really helped.

    I ran mine yesterday! only stopped to tie my laces, then again to take my jumper off lol
