I started SW last Wednesday and in order to keep a check on myself i am going to write a food diary. I am currently doing EE so here is todays food:

EE day
Breakfast
Bacon (grilled)
Egg & Mushrooms (fried in fry light)

Lunch
Fresh grilled veg pasta - 5.5 syns
Pasta sauce - 4.5

Dinner
Chicken stuffed with Mozzarella and wraped in bacon (hex A)
Brocolli
Potatoes

Snack
Fiberplus bar (hex B)

Drink
Coffee
Pepsi Max

Syns - 10

I hope it looks ok. If anyone has any suggestions or tips please let me know.

Looks fine to me - you are getting your veg with each meal which is the most important bit, and as long as you have your coffee black you are fine as no milk involved :)

Menu looks good.....you could probably make the lunch syn free though. Passata and herbs etc make a lovely pasta sauce, not sure what syns you used for the veg pasta but seems quite high.
Saying that if thats what your happy using your syns for then go for it, thats what there for.

I hope this is ok as i am still trying to get my head around the plan.

Thank you for the reply. I think i will have to make a list of superfree food and make sure i have planned some with every meal.
