    Ok having a bit of a sticky time at the moment, maintained or - 0.5 lb or + 0.5 lb for the last 6 weeks, i have decided its time i did a food diary, so i can see why i can not shift that 1lb to take me to that 1stone award. Any comments very welcome good or bad.....

    Friday 5th March 2010 (EE) Will update as the day goes on.

    Breakfast - Melon pieces, Muller Light Maderian Yogurt.

    Lunch - Prawn, smoked salomn, mixed with extra light salad cream (1 syn) and paprika 2 Slices of WW wholemeal bread (Hex B) (as pointed out thanks Meli) will add tomato, cucumber and lettuce to the sandwich.

    Dinner - Lemon Chicken, with new pots with mixed veg and gravy (1 syn)

    Snacks - Banana, handfull of grapes, Pot Noodle in a Mug Chicken Flavour (1 syn), 28g cheese (Hex A) and pickled onions

    Drinks 2 coffee black, Herbal tea

    Syns used - 3 so far

    First thing that sticks out is that you are not having the 1/3 plate of superfree for lunch. Why not fill that sandwich with tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce as well :) Remember you are also allowed 1 HEX A and a few more syns a day + remember the water intake!

    Monday 8th March 2010 (EE) Will update as the day goes on.

    Breakfast - Banana, Melon Pieces, WW fat free Yogurt.

    Lunch - Prawn, smoked salomn, mixed with extra light salad cream (1 syn) and paprika and a mixed salad. Strawberries and a Muller light yogurt.

    Dinner - Change of plan - Went to the Toby Carvary had 1 yorkshire pud (3.5 Syns), Turkey, Beef, new pots, carrots, swede, peas, only had 2 small roasties - (4 Syns).

    Snacks - Fruit thoughout the day - 28g chedder light (Hex A) 5 pickled onions.

    Drinks 4 coffee black, 1 Herbal tea

    Breakfast - Banana, Strawberries, Muller Light Toffee Yogurt.

    Lunch - Prawn, smoked salomn, crabsticks mixed with extra light salad cream (1 syn) and paprika and a mixed salad in WW wholemeal bread. (Hex b)

    Dinner - Classic american burger and SW chips (from the EE cookbook) (6 syns for the Bun)


    Snacks - Fruit thoughout the day,
    bag of Quavers (4.5 Syns),
    bag of Velvert Cruch 4 Syns
    42g reduced cheese, cubed
    5 Pickled onions

    Drinks 3 black coffee, 1 water, 1 Herbal tea

    Syns used - 15.5

    Snack - Strawberries, muller light yogurt

    Lunch - Prawn, smoked salomn, crabsticks mixed with extra light salad cream (1 syn) and paprika and a mixed salad in WW wholemeal bread. (Hex b)

    Snack - Pkt Velvert Crunch (4 Syns) Banana

    Dinner - Teriyaki Chicken with Egg noddles and stir fry left veg.

    Snacks - Velvert Cruch (4 Syns), Flake (7 syns)



    Drinks 3 black coffee, 2 Herbal tea

    Breakfast - Magic Porridge (Hex B) - Muller light banana and custard.

    Snack - Banana - pear -

    Lunch - Jacket Potato with prawn, smoked salomn, mixed with extra light salad cream (2 syn) and paprika and a mixed salad - pear

    Snack -



    Dinner - mashed potato (2syns), WW Sausages x 2 (3 syns), Gravy (2syns), with mixed veg.

    Snacks -42g reduce fat Cheese (Hex A)and pickled onions - Strawberries -Velert crunch (4 syns)



    Drinks 3 black coffee, 2 herbal tea

    Snack - Laughing Cow x 1


    Lunch - SW Sausage Rolls - 2 quourn bangers, wrapped in 2 WW wholemeal bread (Hex B) spead with laughing cow light cheese (Hex A) , baked in oven - with baked beans.....not tried before will let you know once tried.

    Snack - Fruit



    Dinner - Mashed potato, with spicy beef strips, with mixed veg

    Drinks 3 black coffee. 2 herbal tea

    Dinner - 2 Quourn Bangers, with mash (2syns) drizzle of gravy (2syns) and loads of mixed veg...

    Snacks - strawberries

    Breakfast - Bubble and squeak ( mash,carrots, brocolli, and cabbage) with 2 rashers of bacon (fat removed), HP Brown sauce ( 1 syn)

    Snack -

    Lunch - Home made Chicken and Veg soup

    Snack - 2 slices of WW wholemeal bread toasted with a litte flora light (2syn)

    Dinner - Going to friends for a girly night - Sticky chicken with pot wedges with a paprikka dusting. Mixed fruit salad.






    Drinks 4 black coffee - water - 1 John Smiths (9 syns) - 4 Vokda and diet cokes - 20 (syns)
