Jacket potatoes more ideas wanted please

My latest lunches with jacket potatoes, small can of salmon/sardine mixed with a small amount of tartar or seafood dressings a little lemon juice and some chopped chives/salt/pepper all mixed together and placed on top of jacket potatoe the sardine mix I heat for about 40secs in microwave. Would like some new ideas particually with ham or chicken.

Mackerel in tom sauce is nice on a jacket and free,

my favourite at the moment is either philli or absolute favourite lowlow cheese spread (any of the flavours are gorgeous, but had black pepper last time I did it) with bacon, but that would also work with ham or chicken...in fact would be nice with chicken and bacon, I do keep meaning to try it with the quorn chicken pieces on a green day. When I did bacon last time I also fried off some onions and mushrooms to go with it, was lovely

I use the cheese as my HEA when doing this

I do green days mostly and love a jacket with hexb tuna mixed with onion and ex light mayo then topped with hexa of 42g light cheese. I had that yesterday with a huge salad for tea, really filling.
