Day one 24/02/2010

Breakfast

350ml skimmed milk 1
hot chocolate x 3 tsp, 1.5

Lunch

2 x thick asda bread 3
2 eggs frylight 3

Dinner

100g pasta uncooked 5
2 x lean bacon 3
chicken breast 1
sweetcorn 1
light mayonnaise 2

Snacks Not sure yet got 3.5 left

First day isnt great as meeting was at 1pm, so i will be more prepared tomoz and more veggies :D

they were chicken breast pieces and only what i had left in the bag and it only came to 1 point on the scales, if was proper piece then would be more lol sorry to dissapoint lol

Extra lean mincemeat 100g = 3.5
150g white rice = 3
baked beans = 2
tomato in tomato sauce = 0
mushrooms = 0
peppers = 0
chilli powder = 0

Snacks

1/4 pint skimmed milk = 0.5
hot chocolate x4 tsp = 1.5
transformers crisps = 2

Total 24 Allowance 24 :D

Hello Jacqui, think yuu and me have moved to the dark side on the same day! I too am gonna start WW. I know this works. HAve been Gold before. I don't know why I wasted nearly 6 months faffing with SW!!

Good luck. Your menu sounds great. So excited at ahving all the stuff I couldn't before. I had white bread today for the 1st time in ages!!

Hey thought i reckonised the name from boards hehe, you know best thing i have done moving over to ww and already my kids can see im more in a nicer mood and loving food again, but still healthy, and one thing i have noticed is that even thought smaller portions im eating slower and getting filled up while eating as with sw i was wolfing it down cos i could eat what i wanted when i wanted and yes like you i was sick of not losing so fingers crossed for good weight loss next week.

curly wurly = 2.5

4 x hot cocoa = 1.5

Allowance 24 had 21.5 carried over 2.5pts

Wasnt hungry at night for another snack :)

Lost 2.5lbs from first week :D

Day eight 03/03/2010

2 iceland tortilla wraps = 5
chicken strips = 11 (not sure cos it said per serving not per item and i put 3 servings cos had nearly all of them)

Seabrooks seasalt = 3

Did kids rooms was up there 4 hours so had crisps :rolleyes:

The co-op ham salad sandwich = 5

2 x birds eye chicken burgers = 4

wwfh chocolate sponge = 3

Snacks

Hot chocolate x 4 = 1.5
1/3 skimmed milk = 0.5
2oz asda chocolate ice cream = 3.5

Allowance 25.5 had 24.5 including activites 1.5
Carried over 1 point :D

Did 4 hours doing kids bedrooms up so i put in 30 mins housework and came up 1.5 extra, hope this is correct :rolleyes:

all you can eat chinese some i picked portions but had less but added more to be on safe side

1 tbls hoi sin sauce = 1
profiteroles = 4.5

only had starters as prefer them

Snacks

Was relative birthday and i had crisps instead of party food at the night which ive done very well and minus the cake :D:D

Allowance 25 had 31 need to cut 6 points off in two days

lmao yep thats the one hehehe, i dunno really sometimes im not hungry till late at night and i think thats why this diet suits me and i dont like eating loads on plate :D

fruities box = 0.5

Allowance 24 Had 20, was 4.5 still over so now only 0.5 over :D phew
