Lunch - 3 eggs, mushrooms, spring onions, tomato, baked beans in tomato sauce, 42g mozerella (A)

Dinner - Pasta, mushrooms, sweetcorn, 71g chicken breast (B), 1 strip of bacon 28g (2), mayo (4)

Snacks - hifi bar (B) 350 skimmed milk (A), hot chocolate (4) bacardi (5)

Red Day

10.30am - breakfast - 2 x richmond thin sausage (5), bacon, tinned tomatoes, mushrooms, 2 eggs

12.30pm - snack - mullerlight yoghurt, vanilla with dark chocolate sprinkles

2.30pm - Lunch - 1 x asda wholemeal pitta bread (B), extra lean mince with cajun spice, carrots, brocolli, cauliflower, mayo (2)

4.30pm - snack - mattessons fridge raiders chicken bites (1.5) 35g

6.30pm - Dinner - casserole beef all fat off, swede and carrots, brocolli, cauliflower, sprouts

8.30pm - Snack - 350ml skimmed milk (A), hot chocolate (3), hifi bar (B), sainsbury crisps (3.5)

16.00 - Snack - Mullerlight vanilla in dark chocolate

18.30 - Dinner - sw chips white and sweet potatos, peppers, mushrooms, 85g raw bacon (B), baked beans, egg

21.00 - Snack - Milk (A), hot chocolate (4), Hifi bar (B), sainsburys crisps (4.5)

Think red day


Brunch - Bacon, mushrooms, tomato in sauce, 2 eggs

Dinner - Garlic mushrooms(syns), roast beef gravy (syns) 1 yorkie (syns) carrots 2 small mash pot (B +syns for butter but wasnt creamy more potatie), 2 roasties (syns) cauliflower, sticky toffee omg was soooo good

So the next couple of day going to try and manage 5-9 syns hopefully 5 tilll wi on wednesday


Was son's presentation night and booked meal ages ago :D

Had 2lts of water to and the other days to forgot to add :D

Hi Jaqui

How much are you loosing weekly by doing SW? I've just gone back to Cambridge, and struggling as need to cook for my new family and before when I was on it, it was just me and my son, so was easy to do as no pressure. Your menu looks do'able for a family. How are you finding it and I hope I'm not coming across as being too nosey :).

Tbh i was doing extra easy and believe me that the best one for families, but i dont think it agrees with me as i lost 2lbs then put 1.5 on but i gave it three weeks to give it a good go, but with green/red i dont no till i get weighed this week and tbh i might sts as went to son's presentation night with meal. But last year it varies from 0.5-3.5lb losses, but i didnt lose much as it was a busy year.

I have three boys and i cook differently for all and myself, youngest got autism so only eat same sort of food everyday, middle one will eat my stuff and eldest cooks for himself cos g/f always round so not bad. All i can say is give it a go and because you switching from one diet to another you might find if you eating more first week a gain and after that because you body is use to it the weight will come off :)

11.30 am - Snack - Muller light yoghurt

13.30 pm - Dinner - Pasta, sweetcorn, 113g raw chicken (B),1 x lean bacon (2), mayo (2)

15.30 pm - Snack - Some sort of fruit

17.30 pm - Dinner - Rice, chickpea dahl, sweetcorn, brocolli, cauliflower (Might be later than this time as kids need picking up after 5pm)

20.00 pm - Snack - Milk (A), Hifi Bar (B), hot chocolate (3)

if hungry later i have batch of sw chips in freezer

Syns - 7

Nas vimto with water 2litres :D

Extra Easy day


10.00 am - Snack - Milk (A), hifi bar (B) hot chocolate (3)

12.00 pm - Lunch - Sw chips, baked beans, bacon x2

14.00 pm - Snack - Mullerlight yoghurt

Food will stop at 14.00, water will stop at 16.00pm because getting weighed at 18.30 :sigh: (fingers crossed)

After wi, bacardi (5), diet coke, chicken drumsticks, salt and pepper chips from chippy (7)

Had 1.5lb lost yesterday which i put on week before :sigh: better off than on i suppose

Going to try and stick to 2 hour rule but finding the one after dinner hard so may leave 4 hours there

20.00 pm - Snack - Milk (A) hifi (B) Bacardi (5) hot chocolate (3) sainsburys crisp (4.5)

I use to syn the carbonara sauce as 1.5 but when i rechecked it said per 100g cooked :mad: so been synning that wrong glad not had it in past few weeks :D

OMG that looks a shocking day im ashamed, but what can you do when you not prepared for a busy day and you in and out no time to eat grrrrrr wont happen again :)
