    Hi all I have been doing sw on and off at home but don't seem to be getting anywhere, so have decided to join a group and buy a 12 week count down to keep me on track.
    I only want to lose a stone but it seems so hard to get off :-(
    Going to try EE as have only done red and green before and the consultant raved about it.
    Need to do this on tight budget and feed a straving family of 4
    Any help or good advice you can give is very welcome


    Day 1

    Breakfast
    2 x weetabix
    250 semi skimmed milk

    Lunch
    bacon omelette and beans
    grapes
    .5 tsp brown sauce

    dinner (one of those eveings all went wrong)
    tesco sausage roll 11.5syns

    snacks
    Yogurt, Bananas, apples, grapes

    total syns for day 12

    Yogurt Banana, apple

    Lunch
    Bacon Eggs and beans
    1 x wholemeal roll

    Dinner
    Quorn Steaks
    salad
    Pasta n sauce

    snacks
    250ml milk
    tesco fun size bar 5
    bottle of fosters 4.5

    total syns 9.5

    curry chicken noodles
    mixed veg
    quark

    Hi there. For EE to work properly, you need to make sure that you eat more fruit and veg that is SS.

    I have been eating half a bunch of grapes and about 2-3 apples/bananas a day, i don't normally eat fruit and am finding it hard, when strawberries come down in price then i can eat loads of them :)

    Day 4

    Breakfast
    28g Special K
    Milk
    Banana

    Lunch
    Pasta n sauce 1 syn :-( these were free last time i done sw
    carrots

    Dinner
    sw chips
    gammon
    Beans
    Eggs

    Snacks
    Yogurt
    Apples
