Jades 2nd time lucky diary.

Hi all! back again to give the diary on here a go!

I need to be down to 8stone & a half by August & im hoping u'se guys on here would help.

when i started CC i was 10stone & now im 9 stone 3 woo. But i think i need more motivation to reach my goal & this may be the thing to do that.

P.S I MUST NOT EAT TAKEAWAYS (im addicted)

so today so far...

Breakfast : Tracker Bar 125C
Lunch: Chicken Tikka Biryani (BG2Y) 316C
Snacks: (had alot today lol) Crumpet with butter 110C
Rivita Thin 30C Banana 89C & melon slices 36C
Dinner: TBC im working late tonight and wont have tea till 9pm.

I have made 198 extra calories from walking my dog this morning for 40mins leaving me with 650 cals for tea.

Im new here also :) Good luck, takeaways are also my downfall, pizza, chinese, chippy, indian...my evil friends ha.x
