    Hi all,
Had some of the above in my salad yesterday and looked them up in my book which is from a few years back. They weren't listed. Just wondering if they are zero points like all other peppers? Many thanks in advance. Someone said they are supposed to help boost the metabolism. Bring it on if they do as I reckon my metabolism went on holidays years and years ago and it never came back

I heard about them boosting your metabolism too, I think if it were true though I would have seen some effect, I have jalapenos and Tabasco in EVERYTHING :p
