god i am so daft, yeah i do know that but just not thinking straight lol lucky i haven't had the bread and cheese so am safe, feel rather stupid now lol thinks its cause i did ee days permanently weeks ago but decided to do red and green all the time now but forgot had chosen ee today as wanted curry and rice! i am definitely blonde. thanks for pointing it out Taz or I would've eaten syns unnecessarily
