    Well I'm back again. Not going to a class anymore, cant afford it at the minute. Need to keep food diary though on here or I know I will sway and not do it property.

    Day One - EE

    2 x ww bread (b)

    homemade chicken curry
    rice

    sw chips in actifry
    cheese (a)

    4 squares smartprice choc (4syns)
    1 x ww bread (2 syns)

    god i am so daft, yeah i do know that but just not thinking straight lol lucky i haven't had the bread and cheese so am safe, feel rather stupid now lol thinks its cause i did ee days permanently weeks ago but decided to do red and green all the time now but forgot had chosen ee today as wanted curry and rice! i am definitely blonde. thanks for pointing it out Taz or I would've eaten syns unnecessarily

    umm pizza cause its wi day and lost 5Ib so celebrating and often eat what i want on wi day
