Sorry to be a pain and ask everyone's help again - but I bought the above today and have no idea of the syn value. Very nice, I can highly recommend, comes with a creamy mustard dressing. Bit like fancy coleslaw really :eek:

Per 100g (whole pack 145g)

Fat 7.5g
Sats 0.7g
Carbs 5.8g
Sugar 4.5g
Fibre 2.4g
Protein 1.4g.

I ran it twice - the 1st time with cabbage as the free food & the whole pack came out as 5 syns.
The 2nd time I used carrots as the free food & it came out as 4.5 syns for the whole pack.

By all means let me know the 1st ingredient listed on the pack & I'll see what it comes out as but it doesn't look like it's going to be far from 4.5 / 5 syns for the lot.
 
I had guesstimated something like 7, so some spare syns for tonight! Thank you so much for looking for me, I really appreciate it :D

(I think cabbage was the free food)
