Jamie oliver's cracking burgers

I was on the SF website looking at their recipies and there is a recipie for burgers and they're under 400kcals each!! But the recipie wasn't very informative. It said "make breadcrumbs" and I had no idea how to make them lol!
So I consulted the Jamie Oliver Ministry of Food book. He has a recipie in there for "Cracking Burgers" which is very similar to the SF one, except he puts in some parsley into the meat (whcih was yummy!) and suggests putting olive oil on to make them stick togethere better, so thats additional fat to the SF version.

Basically i used jacob crackers to make the breadcrumbs and put it with an egg, seasoning and the mince, and rubbed it in together. Then made the burgers shape and put onto a griddle for 4 mins each side and toasted the baps slighlty and served with salad stuff and weight watchers chips.
