    Hi I've been doing EE for a week and lost 1.5 lbs, don't know if I'm doing it ok cos class is quite full and haven't had chance to chat to counsellor. I thought that if I posted my food diary on here if I was doing it wrong someone could point it out to me, I would be very grateful.:confused:

    Breakfast. oats so simple plain with skimmed milk He A and B

    Snack. Banana and apple

    Lunch. minestrone soup from EE cookbook,chicken salad, shape lasting satisfaction yogurt.

    Dinner. asda bbq spare ribs 3.5 syns
    Ainsley Harriot cous cous 0.5 syns
    med veg.

    330ml bottle stella artois 7syns(stressful day)
    Total syns 11
