Here is my food diary, i am hoping this will help keep me on track with EE

Sunday 17th January
Breakfast:
2 bacon
2 eggs
beans
tomatoes
mushrooms

Lunch:
Pasta/ham/creme freche/eggs
4 rolos - 8 syns??
coffee
tea

HE A - Milk
HE B - ?

Dinner is going to be:
Chicken
Sprouts
Green beans and a couple of roast potatoes
Bovril cube for gravy

Thanks for that...

I used Asda low fat creme freich but forgot that i normally use Fromage frais, i thought it tasted a little different.

Today i have had:

Breakkie -
Kellogs Start 28g - 5.5 syns
Milk - HE A

Coffee

Not sure what to have for lunch yet or tea
