Hi

I want to keep a track of how i am doing to try and motivate myself as well as using the on line Diary on SW website. I started back on SW EE after loosing weight in 2005 and ever since i put that weight back on and more, much more...i have been on WW, been to a hynotherapist and still struggling to loose weight so it is a new start

I started yesterday and are doing it online and i feel great, it took me a while to get the EE plan in my head as i was used to the old way of doing it with Green and Red but i like it so far

Today i have eaten:

Breakfast - Banana first and then 2 egg omlette and spaghetti hoops
Lunch - Pasta, sweetcorn, ham and mayo
Snacks - Banana
Drinks - Coffee, squash
Syns - Mayo 5.5 and 2xsugar 2
