January 2013 Exercise Challenge

    Hey guys,
    we have had an exercise motivator each month where we each set a personal targets for the total number of hours of we want to exercise. Any type of exercise you enjoy really.

    January is a great time for a fresh start so roll up, roll up and log your minutes!

    (To keep the most recent participants, targets and updates, copy the most recent list to the end of your post and update your target/exercise done)

    I'm starting off with 12 hours. Here we go...

    This is a great thread! I need to lose weight but limited with activities so walks with my baby each day should help. I'm going to aim for 20 hours purely because he enjoys the fresh air more than i enjoy the walk (oh and it helps him sleep :) )!

    Hey,

    Managed a wee 20 min walk with the baby. Would have been longer but we were both freezing!! Looked nice and sunny but it was almost a trick by the sun just to lure us out :)
