January Challenge

Seeing as the new year is almost upon us I thought we should start a January challenge I would love to lose a stone but know I am more realistic going a little lower so for Jan I would like to lose 12lbs.

I'm starting again after having lost nearly 3 stone in the autumn. *I took a month off before Christmas and have put on half a stone during that period, considering the length of time and the Christmas festivities I'm quite pleased with that.

So here we go for the final push, I want to lose another 1-1.5 stone but 10lb is my target for January.
