  1. Joining class tonight, but already decided on today's menu.

    Week 1

    Day 1: 10th April 2014

    Breakfast: toasted sandwich
    Cheese slice (2 syns), tomato, mushrooms
    Wholemeal bread x 2 (HEXB)
    cup of green lemon tea

    Lunch: chicken tikka salad
    Chicken tikka breast pieces, salad

    Dinner: cottage pie
    Extra lean minced steak, garlic, onions, grated carrot, mashed potato/swede topped with cheese (HEXA)
    sweetcorn, leeks
    yorkshire pudding (3 syns)

    breakfast: 2 syns for cheese slice
    dinner: 3 syns
    crisps 4.5 syns
    water throughout day

    Total: 9.5 syns
  2. Day 2: 11th April 2014

    2 x french toast (HEXB)
    tinned tomatoes and mushrooms

    Chicken Tikka Salad, left over from yesterday

    Dinner: Tacos
    Extra lean minced steak, onion, garlic, mushrooms, peppers, spices
    sw paprika wedges
    1 taco shell (3.5 syns)
    cheese (HEXA)

    Taco shell (3.5)
    Crisps (4.5)

    Going to attempt session 1 of couch to 5k..... I think :)
