Hi everyone,

After reading a few diaries and being totally engrossed in skinnydawns, ( not that I am nosey or anything!) I have decided to give it a go! My life is not too exciting lol but I have been on this weight loss journey on and off for such a long time and hopefully writing this will help. I previously have always followed WW and did manage to shift 5 stones.back in 2006, which have somehow  managed to find me again. I am now on SW and am finding it so much easier than WW. I have 3 boys 15,12 and 9 and they deserve a mum who is not embarrassed to go out and do stuff with them and doesn't embarrass them either! Am looking forward to reaching my goal!

Hiya,
Well done on your weight loss so far, and for starting your own diary, it really does help to stay focused, and it's always amazing how much support etc you get if things aren't going to plan, and the celebrations from everyone if it does.
I will look forward to following your journey x

:D hi!
Well today has been a busy one again, after a hectic weekend! We are about to start decorating what we call the junk room, as we have just knocked through 2 rooms to make one large open kitchen diner. The junk room has been used to store all the kitchen stuff as well as everything else that was already in there ie office computer toys and general "where should I put this?" stuff:rolleyes: I am slowly trying to filter through and reduce recycle reuse rehome but it seems like an uphill struggle at the mo. We have made a start but why is it when you do one room(although that took nearly 4 months as we did it all ourselves and some family help!!), the rest of the house looks like it is crying out for some decorating?
We are aiming to have the junk room done before Xmas and then start on boys bedrooms so it's a never ending circle!
My husband is diabetic so had to have his eye screening today which involves dilating his pupils so he had trouble seeing to walk home so I was his guide dog :8855: I am off very shortly to give blood and after a rubbish night's sleep, will be glad to get in my bed tonight!

Todays food

B - 28g porridge oats made with water, splash milk, banana and 1 ryvita cb.

2 slices ham, crabsticks

L - M&S feta cheese slow roasted tomato pasta salad, I think In have worked out out right at 7 syns(???)

grapes, pear

D - beef casserole 3.5 syns for sauce mix

Hope this is right!!!

Hi Jade :D

Great to see you've started up your diary!

Your food is looking really good for EE ... so well done on that x. I don't know if you've had the chance to look at some of the recipe threads on here but they're really useful for ideas. I'm hooked on the SW roulade which is really yummy and only 1/2 a syn :gimi: It's not everyones cup of tea but I like it lol!!! :17729:

Hope you have a better nights sleep tonight :zz:

Catch up with you tomorrow,

Dawn x

:wave_cry: hi everyone:sigh:,

Yesterday I fell, quite spectacularly, off the "wagon":break_diet:.
I came home from work still feeling a bit under the weather cream crackered after yet another rubbish sleep and attacked a whole bag of kettle chips andthen, not happy having not enjoyed them, followed with a large bag of giant buttons:eek: I have really struggled this week, been fine all day but snuck in a few added extras on a few evenings!! I really don't want to lose it all now and this being my 4th week on Slimming World, want to keep going as up till now, I have found it really easy and enjoyable. Hubby keeps telling me not to worry, get back on it and carry on but I am still really beating myself up over this week so far:mad:

I did get up as usual at 6 and hit the gym today, and pushed myself a bit harder, and am right back on the food again, why do I feel so bad still??

Anyways, best get on, my boys will be home soon, starving and moaning like 3 bears with sore heads!!!

Jade x
