Jaydes SW Food Diary

Started last Saturday morning - have decided I will try and log food on here to keep me on track. Will start from today.

I am probably going to end up doing mainly Green and EE - I like to have the extra HE choices so this week so far have done all green.

Green Day 19/7
Breakfast: 28g Porridge oats (B) Vanilla Muller Light
Lunch: Baked bean chilli bake and salad
Dinner: Quorn Chilli and mozzarella (A)
Snacks: 2 alpen light bars (B), coffees (A milk)
Syns: Quavers 4.5

On track and looking forward to wi on Sat :D

Hiya! Started this food diary today. I also have a diary in the members diaries section rather than just the sw ones.

Having a good day, just enjoying an options. Feels like a real choccy treat :)

Also had 2 nectarines and a choccy options (2) so 6.5 in total so far

Oops not very good at writing my food diary! Lost 0.5 this week.

Breakfast - melon and coffee
Lunch - cheese (a) on toast (b)
Dinner - EE cottage pie with loads of beg bulking it out

Not decided on how to use my syns yet today, maybe some wine later

Just keep goin! The plan does work, but sometimes our bodies dont do what we want! I always used to find it amusing that in class the consultant would ask what loss we were all aiming for because I dont thing we can have control over anything more than getting a loss by staying on track! You have done brill so far so well done x x

Well done! I do a Green/EE days, mainly cause I forget to get the meat out the freezer or I want milky tea & cheese.
