    (16st 2lb in the morning of day 1 on my home scales - which is how I will be weighing myself between weigh ins!)

    Been 100% SS all week. Looking forward to my official WI tonight.

    Home scales (night time): 15st 9lbs

    So there is approx 3.5lbs between the scales at night time.

    I will continue to weigh in daily each morning for week 2.

    It seems my week 2 cdc WI was wrong. Very unhappy with the result. However, home scales show a continuous downwards trends, so I'll keep at it!

    Also its TOTM.

    Your loss is fab and great to see it coming off daily isn't it.
    Fab idea though I try not to do it myself as my home scales are quite unpredictable!!
    You'll be at goal in no time really when you think about it.
