Jazzing up a chicken breast...

...any ideas? I seem to be lacking in inspiration!
 
Stuff it with some dairylea light mixed with crushed garlic and then wrap ham around it and bake in the oven
 
Wrap it in bacon top with syn free bbq sauce top wiv grated cheese and bake
 
I stuff mine with philidelphia light garlic and herb, 28g for 2 syns and wrap it in bacon and bake it on 200 for 30 mins. I have it with Sw chips and salad.
 
I rub garlic salt and paprika on mine then either put in the oven or fry in fry light :) syn free and tastes better than any restaurant chicken.
Lush in salads, or with veg, or even in a stir fry!
Iv started to do that in advance to all the chicken breasts I buy, and stick them in the freezer in portions ready to take out with each meal I use them in :)
