Hi

I'm missing something sweet after my lunch - can anyone advise me please which jellies are low syn, and of any other low syn sweet deserts............just something to satisfy my sweet tooth!

Have u tried tje rocky road hifi bars. 2 = healthy extra B or 3 syns each. They certainly help me with my sweet craving

Hi Missclare,

I don't belong to a club but I do have the alpen light bars as a B. But never think of them as sweet more as a cereal substitute!
