1st September

Food may be a bit boring and bland for a couple of days - recent tummy bug means I'm playing it safe with experimental food!

Breakfast [5]
Toast & Quorn Sausages

Lunch [3.5]

Baked potato & Quorn mince with chopped tomatoes

Tea [6]
Quorn Escalope, 2 onion rings, and a mountain of broccoli

Snacks [9.5]
6 Go Ahead apple & cinnamon slices, 1 WW oaty baked bar, 1 strawberry vanilla ice cream cone

Hurdles overcome :
Avoided shop & vending machine :)

Total 24/25

Congrats on 100% day hun!! :) you can do it! ... i'm going to try and be close to 100% as i can after WI on Friday, need to, to get those 6lbs off in a month hehe :D hope your alright :) xxx

Day Two
2nd September

Hardly slept, woke up with cramp and had a huge breakfast... Oops. Felt off track all day, but all in all - not too bad...

Breakfast [9.5]
Shreddies
Quorn cheeseburger

Lunch [4]

Pasta bacon and tomatoes

Tea [2.5]
Quorn stir fry, heaps of veg

Snacks [14]
3 Go Ahead apple & cinnamon slices, Time Out, Curly Wurly, chocolate bar for later

Hurdles overcome :
No icecream or pizza when in Tescos :D
