Any advice appreciated, really need to get on track.!

Breakfast
2 poached eggs
1 x wholemeal roll (HxB)
1 x tbsp ketchup (1 syn)

Morning Snack
Strawberry Cheesecake Mullerlight (1 syn)

Lunch
Salad made with lettuce, cucumber, red pepper, 100g coleslaw (3 syns) and 3 slices of beef

Afternoon snack
2 slices of ham
38g low fat cheese (would be 42 but there was only 38 left...) (HxA)
Apple

Tea
Mince & Tatties: beef mince, onion, pepper, new potatoes, 2 oxo cubes (2 syns) and some water, served with broccoli and green beans

Drinks
Tea x 4 (2 syns for milk)
Squash x 2

Just a few questions about your food diary hun...

1) What wholemeal roll did you have? Did you make sure the weigh was equal and correct for it to be an HEXB?

2) You dont have to syn OXO cubes mate, they are freeee!

3) Are you doing a red or EE day? Looks like an EE day but thought I would just ask!

I'm trying for EE, it doesn't make sense in my head yet - used to do SW when it was just red & green, but I'm impressed with the results other people are getting with EE and I want a piece of that!

The roll was from the baker up the road, not branded, but it was wholemeal and 55g

Ooh thanks about the Oxo cubes. I wasn't sure, thought better to over-syn :) x

If today was EE, you needed to have some 1/3 superfree in your brekkie... The rest of your meals look fine :) xxx

But.... I had no mushrooms leeeeeeft :'( What if my tea turned out to be 2/3 superfree, would that counterbalance it?? :D

SW Chips
Quorn fillet
broccoli, cauli & carrots
Light Mayo (2 syns)

Tea
Pasta with chicken, onions, peppers, tomatoes and 28g Light Philly (2 syns)

Supper Time
Options hot chocolate made with milk alllowance (2 syns)

Drinks
HxA taken as milk in tea, and hot chocolate
