    Really gonna try to stick to keeping a food diary from now on - I always seem to lose the way when I don't keep a diary!!!

    Ok so today;

    Breakfast.
    Heinz spaghetti (Free) Egg cooked in fry light (Free) Bacon, fat trimmed off (Free) Ketchup (Approx 3 syns worth!)
    Apple (Free)

    Lunch.
    Homemade oven chips (Free) Mushy peas (Free)

    Tea.
    3x Weight Watches small brown bread (HEB) Baked beans (Free) 2x Hotdog sausages (4 syns) Small sprinkling of cheddar cheese (HEA)

    Total syns - 7.

    Hope that's not too many syns considering the uncountable amount I had in alcohol on Saturday night :(!

    Forgot to fill this in yesterday.. So.. Thursday..

    Breakfast.
    Alpen light bar. (HEB)

    Lunch.
    Pasta (Free) with tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms (Free) and bacon (no fat, free)

    Dinner.
    Beef cooked in Maggie Bag (1 syn) peas, carrots and potatoes (Free)

    Snack.
    Chocolate Cornetto (9 syns)

    Total syns - 10

    At weigh in I lost 1pm - Would of loved more but considering we had my friends birthdays celebrations at the weekend I'm happy enough with that.. And I have achieved my half stone now :)
