Hi Hagalaz,
I'm doing it BR too, a wee bit further on as I just started phase 2 this week (day 31 tomorrow) and you can see my phase one results on my site in my siggy. I felt the same as you that WO 1 and 2 were fairly easy but a good way to ease you in, then i got to WO 3&4 and about died but adapted to them quickly and now I'm on WO 5&6 and back to being really stiff and sore in the mornings. I've been trying to lift heavier than before and using a 5lbs dumbbells as my heavy weights and hope to see the inches melting away quickly. Are you following the meal plans? I've not been eating well at all so would probably see better results if I sorted that out.
Anyway just wanted to say keep up the great work and I'll be marking to follow your progress :D.
