    Hey all. I am new to this and I am doing it from home so please please PLEASE correct me if you see me using the wrong points value for things. :confused:

    26 points per day

    Day 1

    Breakfast: 1 slice thick white toast (1) beans (2) 2 rashers ww bacon (1) 1 medium egg (2) = 6 points

    Snack: WW Strawberry Whip (1) 125ml Purple Low fat milk (1/2) = 1.5 points
