jo,s food diary to a slimmer me

    looking 6 months pregnant this morning and had a slight gain of 0.5lbs
    going to write down everything that i eat from now on to keep me on track
    breakfast:beans,soy sauce
    heb brown, bread hea milk
    been for a 40 min walk walk with dog then just been to aldi and bought lots of fruit
    dinner:salmon,cucumber,lettuce beetroot and heinz salad light 2syns
    bannana,apple,cherries,peppermint tea
    feeling a bit peckish
    john west sardines in bbq sauce
    not be having tea till late got cricket match with son although it is raining at the moment so might be called off

    birds eye chicken in garlic sauce
    couscous,tomatoes,sweetcorn chicken oxo cube
    2.5 syns

    friday 25th june
    red day i think
    started work at 6 today so not had time to plan food
    breakfast :apple,bannana and zero yogurt
    followed at work by bannana and 2x2 aldi bars them at 70 cal 2 heb and milk for hea
    no dinner as working so just going to have a tea
    chicken breasts done in fajiting seasoning sure this is syn free correct me if wrong its out of a dinner kit
    lots of salad and light salad cream 2 syns and maybe fruit and yogurt for after
    off out tonight but going to drive so i can keep syn free i know there will be some buns and cakes so might have a tiny bit we will see lol

    saturday 25th june decided on red day
    not sure yet if EE or RED was really proud of myself last night
    went out stuck to diet coke and there was a buffet resisted then someone had made a cheescake using low fat piladelphia and digestive and cream only had a bit so i had 16 syns left from thursday and friday so that should have covered it
    breakfast: bacon eggs and mushrooms
    snacks :bannana apple zero yogurt
    tea: chicken in pitta with free seasoning and lots of salad heab pitta hea milk for tea heab 2 aldi cereal bars hea 5 laughing cow light tria
    onken yougurt realised it was nt the fat free one oops so thats 7 syns
