If you use Joes's marinaded meats, this is really lush. We had this while watching the X factor tonight and it was deliscious! It felt really naughty, and it's only 5.5 syns a wrap
1 asda wholemeal tortilla wrap (4.5)
½ pack of Joes peppered chicken (beef steak can be used too)
100ml semi skimmed milk (part of HEA)
2 gem lettuce leaves
2 tablespoons dorito's salsa (0.5)
1 tbsp EL mayo (0.5)
half a red pepper
Slice the chicken into strips. Spray a pan with frylite and seal the strips, pour in the milk and mix thoroughly on a high heat until sauce thickens. Put 2 gem lettuce leaves in the middle of the wrap and spoon the chicken and sauce into the lettuce. Add the chopped pepper, 2 tablesppons of salsa, and 1 tablespoon of mayo on top and wrap. Eat on it's own or serve with potatoes, wedges or salad.
